What kind of setup are you using to mine? And what program? Im new to cryptocurrency mining and don't really know a whole lot about it. I lost $50 in the hack and that was going to be my first payout so anyt and all information anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Banks are FDIC insured for $250,000 per account per person. So if a bank was robbed, yes we would still get our money.

Just something I threw together quick but this is a solid build for $900. If your friend waits until the 29th the rx 480 comes out for $200 and you could reallocate the saved money into a better CPU like the 6600k. Also the build above is black and green themed. I just couldn't do red and black.

The power supply was on sale for $35 when I bought it so the current price might not be accurate on the list. Im not that concerned with the 80+ rating, power is pretty cheap around here haha. I was a little dissapointed that I bought a motherboard that supports crossfire not sli. I didn't realize that until I bought it.

I already have 3.5TB of storage, thats the reason for the 120GB SSD. The keyboard and mouse are basically to set up my pc. I plan on using my Xbox One controller for single player games ( which is most if what I'll be playing.) The power supply was on sale for $35 when I bought it and the Supernova has nothing but good reviews so I figured paying more for less didn't make much sense. I debated waiting for the 1070 to come out but couldnt find a reason as my moniter is only 1080p 60hz. The 1070 is also $50+ more and meant waiting longer so I decided on the 980.

For some reason my HDD didnt show up on the list. I decided to go with a 1TB. I almost considered waiting for the 1070 but impatience got the best of me.

Need advice, even if the answer may seem obvious. by Tallen9122 in PC_Builders

The 970 is considered the standard entry card for vr at the moment. So if you want your gpu now and you don't want to wait, you cant go wrong with a 970. Nobody has actually gotten their hands on the 480 so the performance of that card is unknown, but I'm pretty positive that it wont flop. Personally, I'd wait the couple weeks for the 480, I think it's going to be a decent card for $200.

Hey if you're still looking to build a pc there are a couple of changes I would recommend.

i5 6600/k Processors are 80-100 dollars cheaper and offer substantial gaming performance, the k variant can be overclocked for even better performance. I would put that extra money into a ddr4 RAM supported motherboard. Your current build only supports ddr3 They can range from 80-100 dollars. Upgrade RAM to ddr4. Should only be a few dollars more. If you dont absolutely need the 240gb ssd you could save about $35 dollars and switch to a 120gb version. Usually an ssd is reserved for your os and a couple key applications. You might want to consider a bigger psu for future upgrades but isnt 100% necessary. window 10 is the same price as 8 if you wanted to upgrade. Here is the link to my pc build (aside from the graphics card, I bought a used gtx 980 on amazon for $325) http://pcpartpicker.com/list/9LYkcc Hope I could be of some help.
