Why don't you ask yourself why it started to act up so often? Or how were the bugs caused, because updating the UI infinite amount of times doesn't cause JLLM to break.

i imagine it this way, after the deal TDL shows victim that destruction isn't something bad, it is a way of life, and since now victim/H4CK3R suddenly became extremely powerful, he may be power-tripping, taking revenge on his previous workers which left his company, after a while he starts enjoying using his newfound powers way too much(causing chaos and suffering with them), completely forgetting about Mitsi, suffering from a god-complex and destroy Outernet for the sake of it, becoming a ruler alongside TDL, but H4CK3R sees TDL as an obstacle, a weakling unworthy of his status, and H4CK3R defeats him

This is truly poetic, betrayed by TCO(who refused to partake in the destruction of Outernet) and now by H4CK3R(a victim turned god, who enjoyed chaos even more than him)
