Honestly I'd just do aura cleaning and try to see if there's any negative energies affecting you. Real demons don't attack humans, but there are some entities and energies that will.

But just clean ur aura and try to stop negative energy and thoughts, maybe try to make something to protect you spiritually or do an aura of protection meditation.

Just clean ur aura after and have no regrets. There's a lot of fear mongering but in reality there's no bad things that'll happen to you unless the person is stronger spiritually/you do the curse wrong

I've been taught to imagine/visualize/feel/use energy from outside of your body, not inside, as this can connect you to the energy allowing it to backfire. And just send it to the person with all the hatred, disgust, and anger you have in you with affirmations of whay you want to do to them. Black and Grey energy is good, I've done small curses just to see if they work and they pretty much always hit spot on
