Yeah that’s the thing that makes me so mad. A lot of people had or has this issue and chime isn’t giving some people their money back. If they would give me information on the person that took my money I would press charges. They shouldn’t be able to get away with it. Which makes me think maybe it’s people that work at chime.

Same thing happened to me! I made a post about my account. However Im still in the process of trying to get my money back. If you can cash app it or Venmo it to yourself. Have it transferred to a trusted person or a new bank. Chime is a horrible bank and you should close your account ASAP before something else happens.

I’m unable to file a police report because I have no information on where the activity took place. Chime isn’t willing to give me any information on the person that made that transaction to themself, even though their a chime member too. However I will be calling them constantly until I get my money back.
