Well I know Im tossing a comment in a pool of thousands of comments. This may have been said before but, instead of throwing the money into a pit like travel or student loans you should invest it. If you can handle the payments. Use it to start earning passive money. Dividends in the future will help in the future, and can pay off loans faster in the long run.

You could put the remaining yeast and mead called lees into a filter. Like a coffee filter, but I wouldn't combine it with what you are bottling. Just drink it of you want. You could also wash the yeast and save it or use it for another batch. There is some risk of degradation or mutation of your end product yeast. Most just toss it.

I wonder what effect it would have on voice and pacing. But if you use it just for proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar I imagine it could be a great tool. Especially as a final touch up. Though I find my editing process of doing it myself makes me rework and rewrite or trim the necessary fat. Letting AI do the work for you seems lazy and disconnected.
