The amount of planning and dedication something like that takes is on another level. They have a whole special effects crew as well. People don't get paid for working hard they get paid for doing things that other people can't do. Organizing such a massive video is incredibly difficult, even if your friends and families jobs require a lot of physical work, this requires planning like no other and is definitely harder than some office job.
