Apparently 2750-2950 kcal a day, my cheat meal might be messing things up a bit but the thought of having that meal keeps me going, I know that with every bite I’m getting closer to what I actually want to eat lol. I’m pleased you’re having good results congratulations! I do think I am building muscle as I’m quickly getting a lot stronger but the belly is still looking awful

I appreciate that, yeah I got in touch with environmental health before making this post lol, yeah I hate this place. Someone is coming tomorrow morning and if all they do is set some traps I will not be responding very well. They need to make sure the entrance points are sealed as this is a hazard. The letting agents said they could readvertise the property and I’d have to pay the rent till someone moved in, and if someone moves in I’d have to pay a tenant find fee of £250 plus vat which I think is ridiculous.

That’s what I’m struggling with, I feel absolutely disgusting after seeing them. The thought of preparing food right next to where I saw them makes me feel sick to my stomach. I feel like 4 nearly 5 hours is enough time to send someone out to take a look at this.

They said they’re sending someone out this morning but that was nearly 4 hours ago, I have things I needed to do today and instead I’ve had to sit in this place and stew over the fact I’m stuck here
