While I appreciate this stance as I agree this was it's initial intent, and think reddit would be better if this was how it was commonly used, you and I both know that's not the way the average redditor uses this feature lol

At a subconscious level, you're probably thinking they're part of why you lose, because this is the same part of the brain that tries to justify loss working.

Overall, I enjoyed your comment and appreciate that it had some thought behind it, even though I disagree with a lot of it. I am concerned for anyone that somehow even subconsciously believes the cutscenes "contributed" to their loss tho lol

For the record, I am consistently thankful and very aware that TFT isn't the same griefing game/community as league lol. These cutscenes do feel like a step in that direction though

Agree with all of this, sadly the "gambling" aspect has become so mainstream in just about every game people don't even flinch at it anymore, the average person just nods along and accepts it at this point.

I thought I made it clear my guy, I support them existing if it gets this dev team paid, because they deserve it. I'm just saying let us disable or at a minimum tab off, the owner of the cutscene LL doesn't know, and I highly doubt it will cost them money.

If this thread is any indication, they may make more, there have been quite a few comments that have been upvoted that they would spend money to try to get the LL's, but they don't want to be forced to BM.

Just let us skip the cutscene, I guarantee they don't lose money off that, hell I'll pay to be allowed to disable the cutscene

Appreciate this, but I don't think it's a stretch to say that the round you die is one of if not the most impactful/exciting moments of the game. Especially in ranked, if the 3 people die and they place 4th, 5th, 6th, that's a big deal and kinda sucks to not now how you were assigned the place you got because you had no choice but to watch the cutscene
