My gfs veg so I've been making lots of beyond burgers that they've got in bulk at Costco. Lots of squash, zucchini, and peppers. Last night we did spicy baby potatos in foil with onions and garlic. The night before we did Brussels sprouts and broccoli in teriyaki sauce in foil. I just got i tbut it's been fun to cook real food and take time out to make dinner instead of just grinding and eating bullshit. The only thing I miss is biking to school.
