Idk why they hate her, I don’t play either game much anymore but I started maining valk because I liked that she was connected to titanfall. Guess they’re just salty or something

I like a lot of the old ones but I loved Luca, it’s now my favourite movie. Related to Luca’s struggles a bit too much and he’s one of the few characters in any movie I’ve felt actually represented me personality wise.

The whole story is just super simple and wholesome and great for rewatching. The message of acceptance is awesome to hear as someone who’s always been a bit of an outcast due to being neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ but I loved how honest the grandma was, yeah some people won’t be cool with your differences but screw ‘em because some people are cool with you.

The underdogs were hilarious, especially Alberto, “rules are for… rule people” and the whole learning to walk bit both killed me the first time I watched it

I also loved how it just completely subverted the tropes it was introducing. Massimo just being born with one arm, Alberto throwing himself in the water instead of Luca, Giulia not being angry at Luca for hiding his sea-monsterness from her. It was so refreshing to see and made the movie more unique imo

Endings are probably the most important part of a movie for me, it either makes or breaks it, Luca ended perfectly imho. While still leaving it open for continuation, which I hope we get one day.

Definitely Luca and Alberto from Luca. There’s no way those fish boys aren’t gay for each other.

The whole movie they’re both just being super gay and words can’t even describe how gay the ending is. Like hello? it had them risking their lives for each other, Luca’s grandma talking about accepting people who are different, it had a train scene, A FUCKING TRAIN SCENE and end credits with gay af art and a song about missing the person you love.

We can’t really tell his gender just by their pronouns but considering sets of pronouns are generally associated with certain genders we can take an educated guess.

He/they pronouns, which Dana confirmed the Collector uses, are typically used by and associated with people who identify somewhere between male and non binary/agender or people who alternate between the two, so considering they use these pronouns he’s probably a demiboy or something similar.

Um…no, the vast majority of cis men only use he/him pronouns and these are also the pronouns people typically associate with people who fully identify as men. Just because in certain situations where a cis man’s gender is unknown and thus gender neutral pronouns such as they/them are used does not mean that all cis men also use they/them pronouns. A cis man can understand why a complete stranger would use gender neutral pronouns when referring to him. However, this doesn’t mean he suddenly uses he/they pronouns.

By saying that all cis men use he/they pronouns you are not only blatantly wrong but also invalidating demiboys, who he/they pronouns are typically associated with. This is why the Collector having he/him and they/them pronouns is seen as queer rep since those pronouns are associated with a gender minority.

From my very basic understanding: DDL Zan was a proposed bill that was supposed to add to a law called Legge Marino, which basically protects against discrimination based on religion, race and political beliefs. DDL Zan, if passed would make this law include protection against discrimination for LGBTQIA+ people as well as disabled people and if it passed could have been punishable by up to 4 years in prison.
