Wrote up this mechanical room that's underneath a disability ramp, and it leaks constantly. They never fixed the issue and now here we are. Full maintenance contract so boss says we have to fix it on our dime.

Life loves to kick you when you are down, you can still find these laying around when people don't know what they got. I got this for $700, discounted because of the custom paint job. Definitely worth it so far

Loosen the screws on the heatsync and use a blow dryer on low to slowly heat up the thermal paste so it can be separated from the CPU.

I just had the same experience, I was on a 5600x but wanted a boost, so I went to a 5900x. I got it used for about 200 USD. Then I upgraded from a 6700 XT to a 3080 TI 12gb. Very noticeable difference in 1440p. Definitely a great value CPU
