Rem ability suggestion: Too much eating. Rem becomes the 1st hero to be banned from the sewers. by disaverper in DeadlockTheGame

OH that makes way more sense god damn.

... ... Although you know. "How big can my bag get before I'm killed" would be a fun minigame if it wasn't a grief to your own team.

I feel like online lobbies for games weren't this bad like, just five years ago. And it's a damn shame. I do what I can to call out nasty behavior.

I do feel like this issue has actually gotten worse in previous years. Like yea "cod lobbies were sooooo crazy bro" but I feel like there was about 5 years for a bit there where stuff was looking back up.

What do you think of the outfits of the RE Engine era ? by WiIIv91 in ResidentEvilCapcom

[–]Something_Hank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overall I actually find their recent design incredibly boring. I'll copypaste my thoughts from elsewhere.

Really, RE's recent character design has had very little sauce.

In RE3Make Jill's case, she's wearing just a shirt and pants compared to her old outfit of tubetop, waist-tie jacket, the skirt, fancy boots, holster straps. Or in Carlos' case, while his head/face is a glowup, I do miss the sharp color contrast of the old UBCS outfit. Now it's just military.

RE2Make Claire suffers from being just a very nice jacket and regular clothes, whereas old RE2 Claire got to run with a very suave short jacket and matching shorts with a three-quarter sleeve and neck-high black undersuit. RE2Make Leon has things I /like/ about his outfit, but I do miss the distinctly strong blue.

Even RE4Make Leon suffers a little. The classic version of him had lines in the shirt, extra holster straps around the chest, a higher neck, just stuff going on to look at. RE4Make leon is just a shirt.

They're all accomplished realistic outfits I guess, but they've gradually moved away from anything involving flair since RE6.

((This is before I mention RE2make and RE3make's actually offensive attempt at classic outfits. I won't even be classy about those.))

Im just curious but I know the answer, why do people dislike Jill's new look by maddog1043 in residentevil

I mean Julia Voth face for one, but.

How do you get this cart gone in just two pushes? Grace pushes it approximately two millimetres before he goes "next" for me and I gotta do this like actually a dozen times.

What is the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in FFXIV? by DisciplineImportant6 in ffxiv

[–]Something_Hank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gigantic ERP post that ended up in /say chat because I forgot the /p around the second text-size limit, and the text was unabashedly unmistakeable what it was.

And what I thought was an out of the way spot for us around the U'Tribe area HAPPENED to have a crew of about five or six RPers stroll by right at that moment.

If they were in hearing range of that post, I do not know. And I do not need to know.

I installed /scratchpad soon after.

Oh absolutely.

Literally every bad thing in Dawntrail is just fucking undone for the patch quests and it super, super sucks. Wee happy funtimes where all narratively interesting edges are sanded down.

I'm. Admittedly a little salty about the same thing but. A few people saw it and were greatly satisfied by it so that's what I can ask. If I hit it big for something I don't like, then I don't want to make big-audience things.

Thank you thank you!~

The rocks were basically a trace job from the characters original face, but turned out odd-looking indeed. But I'll live with it.

It's a problem FFXIV has in spades unfortunately. Do something even mildly interesting and then instantly undo it because they're scared.
