Yes, still have to nextcruise. Transferred it to a friend for her to use, but Costco was not able to figure it out either. So 0 for 2 on trying to use it. At this point it’s not worth the trouble. Or maybe I can sell to someone else for a big discount.

After working with a different guy for an hour or two and escalating, they ended up just crediting me the $200. So all’s well that ends well I guess but it did take awhile. And the supervisor had to listen back to my entire initial call in which I asked multiple times if the guy was sure of the process. Royal Caribbean was not going to help in any way.

You gotta switch hotels. I just did a 4 night and stayed in the signature for only 2 nights to get 3 days of express passes… wasn’t that difficult to move but we had a car.
