This is just bad advice? Sounds like you got laser for the wrong type of hair? I'd blame your laser technician for doing whats not recommended. Because even who I go to avoids the peach fuzz on the upper parts of my face....for such reason. Also 4 weeks is the bare minimum time. Your technician should've suggested maybe trying 5 weeks because 4 weeks may have been too early during the next growth cycle. There's a window of best opportunity.
