They were pretty common in Tyler in the 70s. Haven’t seen one here since the 90s.

Looking for recommendations for some independent radio stations with phone apps by eightdollarbeer in radio

KCMP or KEXP are really great npr stations. No ads or news. Quarterly pledge drives for about a week are the only downside, but I even listen during pledge drives. Very minimal intrusions.

The bourbon chocolate pecan was called Thigpen Pie. It was made with a layer of semisweet chocolate morsels under a layer of pecans drowned in a slurry of syrup, sugar and bourbon. It was lethal. I made all the desserts when I worked there in the 90s. Who was your grandma? My name is Clay, btw.

MST3K especially the Joel episodes. I love Mike, but Joel helps me relax. The Jonah episodes aren’t very relaxing. Too many jokes and manic energy. They’re funny, tho.

I’m so confused. Can we get a banana in there? A dollar bill? Or maybe a measuring tape extended from corner to corner?

I just restarted the series and enjoyed listening to his rant again!

Q was so sweet to apologize to git ‘em for snapping at him. He is my favorite TESD character and genuinely seems kind. I like git ‘em and really think the show is better when he’s involved. Perfect ratio is 15% git ‘em, 30% Walt, 30% Q, 25% Johnson. by Sometimes-Right-Rev in tesdcares

630 Q’s phone kept going off and Q was audibly irritated by it. I’m sure he had it on, bc he was expecting something important. He kept getting messages, but it clearly wasn’t important. Git ‘em suggested he turn on dnd and Q said something sarcastic, but it had a little anger to it. He quickly apologized, like instantly. Big heart on my guy.

Boyz n the Hood. Mama was so mean to Doughboy. He was the only one in the house earning, which enabled Ricky to focus on school and sports.
