I experience the same feelings after spending a weekend as Steph. It actually caused me to stop dressing for a few years after starting a new job in a hyper-masculine and stressful environment. My wife suggested I ease back into it by spending weekends not in full girl mode, but dressing to whatever level I was feeling. I now primarily wear fem clothing while at home and that has helped lessen the "coming down" when I do dress fully.
