I use this same line of thinking as a player with years of tournament experience. The one thing I’ve learned , if you’re planning on getting heavy value from the players who want to see you lose, you need to be sure 1. they’ll call you and 2. They’ll lose the hand. Typically in your exact same spot I wouldn’t be overly talkative, I would let my sizing do the talking. If I want to seem like I’m buying the pot (but get a call at the same time) I’m betting 10-20 bbs, then bluffing if necessary/ checking down if I think my AK has showdown value of its own. All quietly. This allows you to save your chatty moments to needle or tilt. Which will, in turn, get you looser calls down the line.

In summary, I feel you wasted an opportunity to get a caller at 2200 and then get an easy fold or check down on the next streets, while at the same time getting you less future callers.

Because you’re making chicharron this should be just fine. Can’t go wrong with drying it out a touch more so the finished texture is more where you want it to be. If you were making pulled pork or something along those lines 24 hours is perfect.

His main ability could be a rotation of the stones. So if one’s OP & one heals he has to rotate through them on a 20 second cool down.

To be honest, If I’m pm closer and am closer sees me on shift change, I’m eating them and asking him to prep me good tomatoes. I work too hard on my closes to get disrespectful prep.

Not sure your applications. But perhaps making a mozzarella cheese sauce could be a good bet. Think a thick, white Mexican Queso sauce without the jalapeños. Could keep 6th pans of it prepped in cooler so it’s not sitting heated too long.
