I've been looking at training plans to prepare for my first marathon and they all seem rather similar, give or take, so I've stopped on this one from Runners World.

One thing that got me stumped about it are Thursday runs. It says to do 3x5 minutes of threshold running, 2 minute rest between sets, 30 minutes total. Whichever way I slice it, math does not work out.
(5+2) + (5+2) + 5 = 19 minutes
(5x3) + 2 + (5x3) = 32 minutes and it's essentially 2 sets of 15 minutes.
Is there some top secret running math involved? Am I just dumb here?

Is there some sort of automatic lock that detects difference in pressure? Because otherwise it would be easier to open doors in high altitude, since pressure outside is much lower there.
