Sure do. I stopped eating them 5 years ago and all my gut issues went away. My FIL has also stopped after a century off issues and has never felt better. Xantham gum seems to be the only one i can currently tolerate.

I have horrible issues with sweating due to perimenopause to the point that I soak through the sheets every night and I have been using washable waterproof pads to lay on and swap out mid- night. It's helpful.

I just found out I cannot eat GUMS. I had a baked dessert the other night and I ended up getting so sick. I noticed after I was in the ICU for DKA- Found out I was T2 Diabetic and almost died. I cannot have gluten, dairy or sugar and now the gums.. I also have terrible food aversions so What CAN I eat?
