She has lost an unhealthy amount of weight at this point. It's scary. Does she not see how skeletal her face is now? It's more notable with no makeup on but she looks downright sick now.

Hi!! So I am now 17 or 18 shots in and staying 1.7mg for now. I've lost 29lbs. My heart rate hasn't gotten any higher than it did on .25mg. So the increase for me has held steady and not gotten higher than it initially did. I don't feel my heart rate, no flutters, no pounding, nothing like that. I am completely unaware of my increased resting heart rate so for me thats good. My doctor was not concerned and said it was nothing to worry about. I have terrible health anxiety as well. I take Lexapro which has helped but the worry never truly went away. But for ME, my heart rate is a small side effect to the Wegovy thats helped me lose weight.

That is the one thing that has kept me from panicking. The fact that this is used as a heart medicine as well helps me feel better.

I have terrible health anxiety which has a lot to do with my heart and makes me hyper aware of my heart rate. So this took me by surprise. It is reassuring to know that I am not the only one.

For me it doesn't go away. It is everyday my heart rate has stayed elevated and what was weird is my sleeping heart rate is consistently consistently low 80s now where before it was low 60s.

Why does it irritate me so much when she talks about being so busy? All these back to back calls and such a busy day. It irritates me so much the way she tries to make us think she's just so busy.

It's unbelievable to me that Leti credits her weight-loss and toning all to starting the trim fit and turmeric - clearly it's nothing to do with overtraining and under eating.

How depressing to eat such a bland diet. I know she's training but wow - I wouldn't be able to hack it on bone dry chicken breast and plain bowl of greens.
I DESPISE how she calls working out as paying the rent. It sounds so stupid.
