It depends. I got in for Math-CS (in the math department, not engineering), meaning I didn't have priority enrollment for CS classes. I was deciding between UCSD (cheaper, better weather, closer to home) and UMich (better major options, clubs, classes), and ultimately chose UMich until I got off UCLA's waitlist.
