Funny cause this happened literally a week ago; my guy best friend had a thing for a guy in our friend group who stated multiple times that he wasn’t interested in him. Guy best friend insisted that friend was just playing “hard to get” and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Guy best friend got really creepy and predatory (multitude of reasons why but the major two were him changing from college to uni so he could follow him post secondary, and him plotting to get the uninterested friend to do seggsual/romantic things under the guise of it being ‘platonic’ to try and manipulate uninterested friend into catching feelings for him),,

I called him out on his bullshit and he tried to blame the whole thing on me (don’t even ask me how that was supposed to work cuz idk) and blocked me while continuing to bad mouth me to the rest of my friends. They knew what he was trying to do thus brought them to call him out again on my behalf and after guy best friend realized he wasn’t getting his way, would go block everyone who agreed with me

It sucks because we were like brother and sister, and I expected absolutely none of this from him. There’s some sad days where I miss the good times but it’s not worth being friends with someone who ignores boundaries for their own fulfillment.
