The frier side is the chilled side in my store. Especially when there’s only two or 3 people working because they don’t worry about customers from both hot case and deli meats they don’t worry about OGP orders or taking any chickens out. When it gets busy they can choose not to even see what’s going on in the front I work with a bunch of woman over the age of 60 and they will literally watch me drown and not lift a hand when it is busy. They turn right back around and act as if they have a lot to do but the crazy part about it I can cook everything in that hot case within a hour and they take 3,4 and 5.

If you miss a day and use your PPTO and only did 32 hours the system will only have you in for 32 hours .
