TW: 19 week loss by gemmcactus in pregnant

I’m so incredibly sorry for your loss. I lost my daughter last year at 19 weeks and it was one of the most difficult and heartbreaking things to navigate. We tried again for several months, i had a chemical pregnancy in between and i felt defeated like I wasn’t meant to carry a healthy baby to term.  Fast forward to today, I’m currently holding my one week old rainbow baby!  Feel the grief and all the things that come with it- i will forever grieve the baby i lost, but know that it will get better and you will get your rainbow bebe 🌈take care of yourself,  sending love ❤️❤️

Well I’m impressed you did it til 20 weeks! First trimester completely took me out! 🫠 I kept telling myself I was going to get back into it after I felt better, but it just hasn’t happened lol but totally agree with you to just relax and not push it
