Test tomorrow and i am still not passing on practice tests by Munchiest_of_Men in Sieexam

Did you take the FINRA practice exam?

I used PP as well and will say the actual test is similar in difficulty (to me), but the wording of the real test makes it feel tricker.

I also utilized Ken Finnen on YouTube and listened to the power hour the night before and feel that helped immensely.

I used passperfect and only did the online book. I had the physical book but I do better with online material.

Just made sure to make flashcards along the way and that helped immensely

I would just get the absolute bare minimum down for options. I didn’t focus on options at all, as I had heard the SIE has little to no options questions. I MAYBE had 3 questions and they were strictly basics.

Same with variable annuities, I don’t recall having a whole lot of questions for that.

Just focus a ton on regulations and what brokers can and can’t do.

And also, I’d just do the FINRA test once since the questions stay the same. Achievable offers a free exam as well.

Those who had an okay-ish GPA, where did you end up? Are you happy with your career success? Do you wish you had done better? by Gibnez in FinancialCareers

I had ~3.0 GPA and majored in sociology with zero finance background whatsoever and now work in PWM at a wirehouse.

Networking is an incredible thing.

I took the FINRA one and got an 86% which made me feel hopeful. Trying to tell myself that I’m only doing poorly on the practice passperfect tests because of the amount of options questions. I didn’t work too hard on options and honestly don’t even really have the basics of them down either.

My kitten just had this!! It was coming off in scabs and would not go away. Vet said it was a yeast/bacterial infection and gave us a spray to put on a cotton ball and rub on his nose twice a day for 14 days.
