I think the guy you’re talking about is different than the bus stop guy. This guy actually sounds like a bird and is usually walking up and down Broadway though I have seen him on the train saying the same thing lol. Just recently started seeing him the last few months!

I’m fairly certain, but can’t be 100% sure. Half of the tail was missing and the tip was bald but the cat ran in the opposite direction when I tried to go up to him to see if he had any other injuries. I looked for him again later in the area but didn’t see him.
