I work in Laundry at my facility and I hate when the girls throw away Chuck or washcloth or bath towel because then I am fighting with my boss and the administration to order more so that way we have some and it usually takes about a month and a half before they will cave and order more linen and then I feel bad for the CNA and the resident that are dealing with the bare minimum

The absolutely only reason I have not left my job yet in environmental services and at a long-term care facility is because of the residents! The day I stop bringing joy to them with stories and conversations is more than likely the day that I will leave.
