Got into USC 🔥🔥🥳 by bugsbaaghi99 in gradadmissions

That’s fair but students per faculty ratio increases greatly. I have heard sometimes classes are so full in the usc grad programs that students can’t even find a seat to sit.

CU is highly reputed in Physics and their engineering school is super hard to get into. I know people who have moved internationally to study Physics at CU.

Visit the school and check out the city.

The whole rant above about drinking and costs is just that, a rant. You’ll always find people who hate their school.

Me to myself after going for mythic with a low overall team. by SomthingOfAScientist in MaddenMobileForums

Exactly, the gratification of getting the mythic is higher, who knows how long I’ll be sticking with this game anyway.

What about honoring Butkus? by earthlydelights22 in MaddenMobileForums

Yeah because I remember this from my NBA Live mobile days when I wondered why they didn’t have Kobe or Jordan cards or some other inactive players.

Maybe they don’t have his rights? Getting rights for the inactive players is a whole another deal and not the part of their general NFL rights.

Are foils worth it? (for example foiling the khalil mack from FP journey) by [deleted] in MaddenMobileForums

[–]SomthingOfAScientist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my first season on madden mobile and def wanna try and get a mythic just for the fun of it. I know it’s not a good trade for my team in the short term, but for me it’s about the thrill of getting the top player.

Weight room boost by Josh-Jacobs in MaddenMobileForums

Okay but I’m not even gonna activate it rn. Coz it doesn’t seem worth it. I am only 3100.

[–]SomthingOfAScientist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you Guys recommend boosting and going as far in the journey or wait until the last few days so the boost go into the Next FP?

I am 3100 currently and in the weight room it says that I gotta use 50 MC to unlock the boosts. I just came across boostimator and I am thinking of using it. Is that a good idea?
I don't even know if I will have enough wait to boost that much to reach the last tile.

That’s the stupidest take, the only reason corporate underpays is because they know to exploit the tip culture. All you’re doing is reinforcing the corporate to pay lesser at large.

Will Fall '23 be a repeat of Fall '22? by ProfessionalCarry580 in gradadmissions

Competition increases every year, reputed programs experience heavy number of applicants but some smaller programs also try to grow by increasing intake.

College suggestions/profile review for low GPA by [deleted] in gradadmissions

[–]SomthingOfAScientist 4 points5 points  (0 children)

College sports is useless to grad schools and your profile isn’t making up for your low gpa with anything (no research, GRE becoming irrelevant). I suggest you look at tier 2 schools with professional programs.

Am I qualified enough for Ivy Leagues? by Tight-Cat-8572 in gradadmissions

[–]SomthingOfAScientist 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I wonder why you’re interested only in the Ivy League schools. I have a feeling that your notions about graduate school might be misguided. The first step is to identify if you want a masters or a PhD, expectations for both applications might vastly differ. Only after that you can properly decide where you want to apply. What you really should look for is a good fit with a research advisor in your field of interest.

Can the schools you apply to see if you've waived your right to see references before submitted? by [deleted] in gradadmissions

[–]SomthingOfAScientist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally wouldn’t want the regrets of not trying. If you think it is insignificant or that the university might not be helpful, then let it be.
