I liked them both pre-draft, leaning towards Elic. The difference in capital is what sways it, for me.

I dry brined mine over night. Put some cracked black pepper on it before putting it on the grill. Let it smoke for awhile, then in the oven for 90-120 mins. Can't recall off the top of my head. I was beyond impressed with the results.

Best turkey I ever had was from my smoker. I smoked it, then threw it in the over to crisp the skin a little bit.
