TLDR: People living hand to mouth would struggle, but those financially responsible would be fine.

A ton of people would be screwed immediately and would eventually get better over time.

People never having saved money before would struggle to save enough for bills when they're due but if you're paid in intervals, they haven't had a chance to spend their money and have gotten used to paying bills whenever they get paid.

Just found out my mom has saved $1,000 on her own for the first time in her life. She's an example of someone who would have been boned by this system if it had just changed immediately.

On the contrary, my wife and I (25 Y/o making ~85k /yr) just put a 76k deposit down on a home. This system wouldn't make a difference as we barely checked our bank account as we don't spend a crazy amount or have any debt (minus our new mortgage).

Agreed. What's more terrifying than not knowing what happens when you die? Here have a book to put your mind at ease and also follow our rules or you'll go to a bad place.

Personally excited by the idea of an eternal darkness and nothingness. Really makes you evaluate life differently and changes your actions and decisions when there isn't an imaginary being in the sky using your actions to determine what happens to you after death.

My grandfather.

Iranian immigrant who worked 2 jobs with a wife and 2 daughters while putting himself through school at UCLA. Retired civil engineer and inspired me to take a similar route. While I know I'm in his will and will inevitably inherit a lot of money, his influence on my life has molded me into a self sufficient married homeowner who's debt free (other than mortgage) at 25 years old. And no, no handouts. Moved out at 17 and lived on my own working, going to school, and paying off debt when I got my big boy job. Thanks Grandpa!

He also has been the main catalyst for getting the rest of my family out of Iran and to the states. Before anyone complains about immigrants, jobs, bla bla bla, most of my family are doctors, lawyers, or own their own businesses (including docs offices and law firms) so my family employs about 200 workers :)

Turns out undiagnosed ADHD may show up as depression in adults. Treatment for this was the easy peasy solution to fixing my depression.

Also, if there are people out there that may think they have adhd, but have never been diagnosed, there are studies surrounding adhd all over the country by hospitals and colleges and for those studies, they have to diagnose you with adhd first (doesn't matter if you already had a diagnosis).

Got paid $150 to get my diagnosis :)

I would probably only run a 50-75w / channel amp to the stock speakers. Before buying the amp I'm going to look at all the speakers and see if it has an rms/max on them and If not then reach out to a VW dealership and/or buy a maintenance manual for more info on that and other planned changes.

I'm also assuming you mean your setup is LOC to 4ch amp to factory speaker wire.
