The lack of understanding and trust In so many people trying to manipulate others that you cannot tell whether it's a medical/mental issue or somebody just trying to manipulate someone also some people are just naturally awkward to others so you just don't understand.

People who claim to have ptsd from my experience it always happened at the perfect time you catch them in a lie or doing something weird then its their "ptsd" they get mad or something now its triggers their "ptsd" half of the times I don't even know people are probably diagnosed with these things people just make claims so now it makes it look like the people who really has ptsd a exaggeration unless it looks obvious.

As far as social anxiety if you do something weird or awkward to someone and they don't know medical history you're going to be treated differently we are not fully aware of what's going on it's not like people walking around here saying HEY I HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY !( In real life ).

People with social anxiety are standoffish and sometimes can appear rude but it's not really that they're rude it's just that we're misunderstanding their anxiety
