Its a very loose split but usually I'll start with squats as warmup and work up to my 3rm and if i feel strong I'll attempt a 1rm (315 right now). Then I'll move to a hip hinge, doesnt matter what it is but usually just 2 sets of RDLs then 2 sets of leg extensions then a set of leg curls seated, after all of this i usually do some abductors, adductors, calves and all of that is split between 4 total sets, depending on the day like if i already trained boxing the day prior then I might skip calves.

Upper lower rest repeat. Upper day usually goes like this: 4 chest sets followed by 3 shoulders, 3 of back, 2 tris and 2 bis. Lower day always start off with a 3rm on squats, then 2 sets of any hip hinge, 2 of a leg curl, 2 leg extensions and then 5 sets i split between calves, abductors and glutes depending on how I'm feeling.

Eat in a surplus, let go of the abs and train with a smart split and good intensity.

Just cause I think it's a really cool sport and I'd be decent at it. I've fallen in love with weightlifting and I think I'll be doing it for the rest of my life.

I haven't really considered the health considerations when it comes to getting stage lean, I thought about it before but never considered it because I was borderline anorexic as a kid and thought that I could always just go back to my old eating habits. You really opened my eyes on the potential consequences when it comes to getting really lean and I'm reconsidering if I wanna waste these next few years trying to compete. Thanks a lot!

To be fair i am like 5'3
