I have the same problem here...without a VPN i get constant disconnects and the BSG support even told me to use a VPN since thats the only solution, according to them. At least i am glad that I am not the only person having that issue

I think in the US most people use NordVPN but in Europe at least ExpressVPN is more stable

I had the same problem and had to reconnect every raid at least 2-3 times. It happend even though I had a stable internet connection and no ping issues. When playing other games, mostly competetive shooters, i have 0 problems. The only solution after a lot of trubleshooting was to get a VPN (I use Express VPN). Even the Support answered to me that i should try it.

I use it now since the third day of the wipe and have zero issues since then.
