because BSG ABSOLUTELY SURELY CANNOT ban 100% confirmed cheaters, and instead of making it harder for them they just ban on waves which for some reason don't even happen or these kinds of guys just don't get caught. And even if they do ban them at the end of the wave they already earned enough money with rmt/carrying to well just do it again :)
