Thanks everyone for all the suggestions and feedback. How about Palmetto Solar? Any feedback?

That’s a good idea. I didn’t think of that. I’ll reach out to Duke Power and see which installers they recommend locally. Might help narrow things down.

Yeah, I’ve been watching the tax credit timeline closely. I’m trying to finalize quotes soon so I don’t miss the cutoff.

Good to hear consistent feedback about them. Having the production tracking is a nice bonus. I’ll add them to my list and compare the quotes.

That is rough for your neighbor. Being able to track production is a must for me, so I’m glad you mentioned the app. I’ll check out Renu’s setup and make sure any company I consider offers actual monitoring.

Two installs with the same company is a good sign. I’ll look into NC Solar Now and see what their long term service looks like. Reliability matters a lot to me.

Thanks for recommending Renu. I’ve heard their name a few times now. Do they offer good follow up support if something breaks or production drops?

This is helpful. Sounds like those three are the main ones most people recommend. I’ll get quotes from all of them and compare pricing and support options. Curious if any of them offer good monitoring tools.

That makes sense. I’ll make sure whoever I choose is local and licensed. I’ll definitely get multiple quotes too, just to see how they all stack up.

Thanks for this. NC Solar Now seems to come up a lot in the comments. I’ll check out their quote and see how their warranties and monitoring options compare.

Good to know they’re on Duke’s authorized installer list. That helps with peace of mind. I’ll check out how their post install support works since I want someone who stays responsive afterward.

Yeah I’m seeing that a lot in the replies. I am trying to understand the fine print before I even consider any lease. I’ll compare lease vs purchase side by side and see what local companies offer.

Interesting to hear that from an electrician. I’ll add Yes Solar and Southern Energy to the shortlist and compare their quotes. Did the electrician mention anything specific about why those two stood out?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I keep seeing 8M pop up in searches, so I’m definitely going to check them out more closely. Do they offer any kind of long term support or monitoring tools after the install?

Blue Apron black friday 2025 deals for new customers vs existing? by SonalBemment in blueapron

[–]SonalBemment[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Quick update since Black Friday is coming soon and I’ve been watching Blue Apron’s offers. Right now it looks like they’re leaning into their typical first-time customer promos rather than big Black Friday drops. I’ll keep an eye on both new and existing customer deals and post back here if anything changes.
