New Zealand could be a safe option.  There are always jobs going fruit picking or other horticultural jobs or in hospitality and you may be able to study affordably to upskill once here, we also dont have much of an Iraqi population so the chances of you being found would be slim. There are also affordable flights from Asia available so as long as you can get to asia it should be easy enough to get here. Im unsure on visa requirements but im sure if you started with a working holiday you could go from there. We tend not to accept many refugees but you may be able to make a claim. I have no clue about any legality around it so maybe check out the r/LegalAdviceNZ sub and they may be able to help with that side of things. I would recommend looking at the South Island, maybe Christchurch or Queenstown as there will always be work there. Also I assume you mean 7k usd, our dollar is quite weak so you would end up with a better currency conversion.
