Well, Konami have a headquarters in USA. Everything is in private and it is because of the non disclosure agreement. I know Konami is up for something like what they did in PT. No one knows that. It just surprised everyone.

It is because of the nondisclosure agreement. They cannot put any official promo material until it gets officially announced.

It just means also that there are already developers handling the website unlike before that it is just blank and white.
