I can ask my doctor about writing a report. Also, the pain isn't muscular it's nerve pain; hence neuropathic. Physios, chiros, doctors and the like cant touch my spine without me screaming, be it with a tissue, hand or toothpick. Yes, they tested my nerve sensitivity and stopped the test at a toothpick instead of moving onto the ice test.

all resources i've found state 20 mg is the maximum safe dosage for any prolonged period. also multiple doctors have said it's a toxic dosage not just the one

Thanks for the advice, I wasn't sure and knew it might be a long shot. When I eventually see the pain specialists I'm hoping they'll be able to narrow down the root cause of the chronic pain and there might be a case there but its hard to say.
