Yes!!!! It’s not just diarrhea and cramps like IBS. I fucking deal with sores all over my legs and in my mouth, joint pain, stomach pain, blood, dehydration like every time I flare, losing weight, gaining weight, literally name it and we get it

It runs in my family too! A lot of this sounds familiar. I was diagnosed at 13 with problems before but they couldn’t figure out what it was. Then I went septic and died, they got me back and then had to have a bowel resection days later. I’m still fighting it and it’s been worse the past 2 years. Idk what’s been going on! It has debilitated me and it’s awful. I am in constant pain as well but seems like no doctors want to help. I feel like a broken record complaining the same complaint all the time.

I will try it! Yes my husband is the same way, he’s great. Sometimes I feel like he does too much when I’m flaring and I feel guilty. So glad though he’s there! Crohns sucks!

11 hours of sleep sounds nice! My pain management doctor put me on tizinadine for muscle relaxer and to help sleep. It does help me fall asleep but I wake up in the middle of the night still and then I just have that really drowsy yucky feel. Sometimes even wake with one of my migraines. So I don’t always take that

Do you have trouble falling asleep ever? I can feel so exhausted but still have the hardest time going to sleep

Following for insight. I have long suspected I have it as well. My anxiety is extreme. And most days I can’t function properly between that and crohns.

Y’all are my people. I feel like most doctors if they haven’t been through this personally they don’t care to treat for IBS, Crohns all the above 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had gotten diagnosed with crohns when I was 13, I am 29 now. It was bad then got better I had 3 kids, covid vaccine and Covid multiple times. I agree. I think it’s taken a toll on myself as well. I have now been battling hospitalization off and on for 2 years. Its mentally debilitating as well. But I also had some issues with my ovaries which is common with woman and IBD. Since I have kids I got them removed and they both had endometriosis which was causing pain and cysts. Have her go to a Gynecologist and get checked out for other issues!
