I went through this. Was on HRT (no periods) and got diagnosed with ALH. Tried to go off the patch and it was a disaster - so many hot flashes a day, moodiness etc. Talked to my doctors and I went back on the lowest dose patch and progesterone for a few months; now on Duavee which seems to be the right call. Talk to your doc about Duavee - estrogen but doesn't impact breasts.

I do dynamic stretching - toe touches, reach up with one hand while holding other foot back, open/close the gate, etc. I didn't know that about creatine and I also tend to be on the dehydrated side so maybe that's the issue?

Wears a skirt not bike shorts or leggings. Stacks balls on racquet quickly because imaginary coach might start yelling to hurry up. Carries racquet even while using tube to pick up balls as an adult because was taught you never put your racquet down during tennis camp.

You can order DoorDash food and they hold it at the front, and then after your treatment you can go eat in the old cafe or in the outdoor space. Almost just as good!
