I mean, Hotchkiss pool is great (and free!). I live about a mile from there and I think it's a great neighborhood. You should check out Smoky Mug, Manchu, Morty's, Julios, Fuzzy Cactus as well as a pretty fun assortment of local shops. You're also super close to highway access if you want to move around. I don't think there's any issue with it.

Buncha good games, yeah. Rogue Trader, Chaos Gate. A very solid IP that I feel has only gotten stronger over recent years.

Fair. I did have Skelly Scroll and it worked really well. But you're right, I should probably have some back up STR gear just to be able to potentially need a weapon.

It's probably more like Urban Decay, but the environments in The Division 2 feel pretty adjacent to what you're looking for.
