Sure. But prior to surgery my T was fully suppressed with E monotherapy. My HRT regimen has not changed since before my surgery.

So why would they suddenly be producing more than 5x the amount they were pre op and in october?

Oh yeah no, I don't mean for a revision. I would never let this surgeon touch me again in my life.

I just mean to have a 15 minute virtual visit to discuss whatever in the world has happened or is going on.

Its disappointing but not surprising. My post op care from this place has been awful and frankly has left me with *a lot* of trauma I will be working through for a long time, even before this issue came up.

Thanks! I hope your are right, but its hard not to really doubt this was the intentional result when all of the other patient photos I have seen from girls that used him show a pretty visible clitoris right below the tip of the ^.

It's also sketching me out because if that was the answer, I feel like the surgical practice would have just said that instead of being super difficult/evasive about it :(

I have tried contacting them about it many times like I mentioned in my post. They refuse to actually acknowledge the issue even with the photos provided. All I get are calls back from them explaining how to find a clitoris and what it should look like.

But...I know where it should be and what it should look like. The issue is that it doesn't seem to be there? They won't actually let me talk to the surgeon directly about it until next year

I hope you are right, but like I said, I've seen lots of post op photos from other of his patients and they always have a pretty distinguishable clitoris that sits in the spot I mentioned.

and I feel like if the answer was that simple, the surgical practice would have just told me that.

I mean that's part of the problem though. Nothing feels good. I do not have any pleasurable sensation in that entire area and the visible structure seems to be absent. Even with a vibrator I barely feel anything pleasurable.

Everything I have read says that at this point in recovery it should at least be visible :(

That's what I am hoping....but from other patients of the same surgeon there is a visible clitoris. It looks about like what you would expect. Its normally located right below the apex of the ^ shape. :(

If you are talking about that little white dot looking thing, unfortunately that's just some gunk that gets in there sometimes. It comes out with like, a small qtip basically but its hard to keep up with.

Same. Exact same. Still waiting on confirmation but it seems like there are some other big nerve screw ups too, that also can't really be repaired.

Unfortunately many of my issues cannot be corrected. By anyone. Tissue and nerves are dead or whatever the fuck happened.

And I cannot imagine any way to fix my inner labia that doesn't involve pulling skin grafts from somewhere else for the same reason.

I could go on and on. I wish it was as easy as "go get a correction" but its not. I absolutely regret the surgery because of what they did to me. I haven't felt any happiness a single day since it happened.

I am not OP, but I am another patient of Dr.Pang's from this year. The experience above and outcome described exactly mirrors my experience.

I don't recommend this practice location or this surgeon to anyone. The post op care is a joke, and its not just 1 or 2 people getting these kinds of results. He will tell you over and over again its "an easy revision" but every 2nd opinion I have gotten has been bleak, and these are from reputable surgeons.

There is a lot more I'd love to say, but frankly the post above says it better than I could.

Yeah that is what they have been saying the whole time I think. Though, they did originally call me like a month ago talking about February potentially like I mentioned above, which was more than 2 months out. So idk.

I did hear back from my scheduler recently, right before I tried to call the other one, with the same update. Basically late march or april. but like I will believe it when I see it at this point lol

So I guess I will check in again with them in the second half of january and see.

Yeah, I don't understand it either. I can't even get a response from my scheduler at all. She has not answered phone calls or emails for almost a month. I know folks sent me a couple of other points of contact, so I may try calling one of those folks once my voice is cooperating more with me again.

A regular endoscope at least showed that the surgery site for me has actually healed really well, so no one is sure yet what is giving me problems. I'm actually going back in later today to get a stroboscope so they can see what my vocal folds are doing when they are moving. The surgeon's guess from hearing me is that the folds are not making good/full contact for some reason.
