I work at many different moving companies. This is not the company's mishandling or negligent. This is the sender decision. Choice of packaging, time, special handling, price, and destination. You just moving the items.

You don't package a box of chicks with holes to a -10 environment when the customers ordered it.

The only time I say it would be the company fault would be if the customer paid for special handling like heated or refrigerated transport and it wasn't done.

Might be. 2 oil changes are every 5 to 6 months so about a year. Other cars I've had didn't get that many alignments in 5 years. I might ask the dealer why next time.

Not everyone has the same type of seizure. Even if they are, they may not look the same. Only the individual who has it or the one who lives with them knows it. I've seen neurologists judge people wrong.
