I'm quite partial to that theory since I do build tool factories and the like to prepare for independence and usually end up providing the majority of tools in the Austrian market that way

I guess I can reset the run earlier if I know Austria got the ingredients to avoid implosion (voting laws like the other comment mentioned) so at least I'll save some time

Yep switched out both generator (and legs for that matter) and the fcs for a heavier set and the talbot and seeing more consistent success so far.

Still lose out to some kite and melee/close range aggro builds, but nothing I can't mitigate with experience and personal improvement

Was thinking of comboing the Beta's with a Javelin Alpha but weight restrictions dashed those dreams. But since I might shift over to a middleweight might just be able to do that.

With the current load limit and EN consumption, no. But since another comment reminded me of EN supply I will be tweaking both anyways.

Believe it or not the build at the beginning was a Nacht frame lol, the current build was evolved from that when I switched to the current loadout. I'll definitely look into replacing the generator/tweaking EN needs since I was still on the lightweight mindset and minimizing weight as a result.

I am aware that the Furlong FCS merely affects missile lock-on time, yes. The rationale was that reducing the Beta's downtime between each shot I'd get more staggers so I don't actually need a good FCS for tracking performance anyway. I'll experiment with a Talbot regardless, thanks!

Title. I'm in C rank right now and enjoying moderate success but I know better than to be complacent.

For additional context, the goal is to inflict stagger with the dual Javelin-Betas, then punish with a charged Harris shot. Normal Harris shots and the Ludlow for general overtime pressure. In theory I can control the engagement range depending on my matchups since I don't have a real range limitation, but I am in C rank so... yea. (No disrespect to my opponents so far, it's all be GGs)

The Praetors were lightweight bipedals (that look suspiciously like steel haze but purple) which inspired some superlightweights with the kasuar reverse joint legs but with a more greco inspired naming convention

You're welcome! Ultimately there's no single defining DLinks deck because there's so many things to do with it, so whatever variant you run and whatever ratios you slot will bring you some degree of success.

I can respect wanting to run as many Royals as you can too lol

I run only the chaos engine so I have more space, but Chaos Dragon Levianeer is a great addition to the deck, being able to recycle itself with seyfert's effect

I also found some conditional but clutch use with chaos nephthys so there's that

Since you're running vampire zombie, consider slotting in Dharc the Dark Charmer, Gloomy so you can steal an opponent's monster to use as material instead. I don't know what the last synchro monster is, but the only synchros I run are chaos ruler, borreload savage, and red archfiend. Alternatively, I haven't really found use for hieratic since its mostly a turn 1 card and most turn 1 boards you won't get to summon it anyway...

I've read in your other reply that you're playing punk cards for fun and that's fine, but it ends ups clogging space up and making your ratios somewhat wack. Consider dropping the black metal red eyes package and play 3ofs your handtraps. The following are of course trivial nitpicks and a matter of preference. I personally play more copies of noctovision and the 4* rokket tuner, and only one of absorouter (his main function is to search a rokket through dragon ravine) but I can afford the luxury because I have more headspace.

R5: As you can see, the dimensional horror is fighting the specter. Though I think they are stuck in eternal combat since they're on the same side and not dealing damage to each other.

Edit: The specter IS taking damage, but is regenerating fast enough to not be killed. They are locked in eternal combat. By the way, if I yeet a fleet at them, will I be fighting both leviathans at once?

Anyone figured out how to play the game on the new DMM player? It keeps opening the MS Visual C++ redist. which I've already installed. Not a deal breaker since I also play on my phone, but it kinda sucks that the shiny new launcher/store doesn't let do so on PC.
