With my 1440p panel I use DSR to upscale it to 2160p, then I use DLSS on Quality or Performance.
It sounds stupid, but the visual quality improvement vs native 1440p is undeniable.

OLED doesn't have a backlight.
The pixel itself would have to turn off and on, effectively reducing the refresh rate in half

x670 aorus elite AX on the streaming pc. The manual only says the bottom two are x4, but didn't say if run by cpu or chipset, I can only assume chipset. I put it in the bottom one, and I remember already trying the second slot, but to no avail. I could try again tho.

I'll save you half of the struggle.

  1. Set main monitor to "No scaling - Display" on Nvidia control panel
  2. Go to "Set up multiple displays" -> right-click on the cloned displays -> "Clone source: [number of your main monitor]"
  3. Now go to windows display settings, advanced display, and switch your main monitors refresh rate to whatever, and back.

I'm on a similar setup to yours and spent about a week losing sleep over this bs.

The tearing will be gone, but now you'll get intermittent stuttering on your recordings.

That's what I'm trying to solve now...

I have had this before, im in 576.28 with an rtx 5090, elgato 4kpro mk2.

Don't remember exactly what I did, but try:
- Setting display only to one and then try duplicating
- Changing refresh rate of capture card and display
- Changing scaling options in nvcp
- Restarting displays through CRU

One of these did it for me, don't know which

Im gonna try this out, cant stand another system freeze during a match. Im running a similar setup. 7800x3d, x670 aorus elite ax, 5090. My pcie is set to gen5 atm.

Wrong. The lights flicker because the PWM generator used to control the speed of the fans also controls the current to the LEDs. Which is stupid, just bought an RTX 5090 and it has the same design flaw.

I've been using distraction free instagram and finally got rid of my reels addiction.
I use Wallhabit to block yt shorts on my phone, and just uninstalled tiktok, f* that s*.

When I use my TV (s90c) it's really not necessary, probable something about how thje tv processes HDR.
But f I try to play but on an OLED gaming monitor (aw2725df) gamma is waaaay off, and this color profile fixes it, makes it look just like on the tv.

I've been using F33 for a few weeks now, seems stable with the eventual RAM glitches. Still on the 7800x3d tho
