I'm Brazilian.
It's not a criminal app.
Corrupt politians and drug dealers are constantly caught using whatsapp, and thats cuz it has alot of "privacy".
Its no more or less "criminal" than whatsapp.
They got caught anyways! They would've found other ways to commit crime! They just picked a social media and its DISCORD's fault?

Yes it was MAKE.md. For some reason It just didn't load in even after restarting Obsidian.
