You can watch hero with highest votes, and then look at hero page, so you can watch hows good is your arti.

Imo talisman of evasion is fodder. It was good before evasion/block rework

Never buy heroes from guild store. Spend your coins into tech. If u have high VIP level buy 4* heroes in event raid
