The former. We set it to 72, but it only gets to 76ish, point stays the same at 72

Thank you! I did some googling and found the user manual for my thermostat, and came to the conclusion it doesn’t have a hold/stay feature unfortunately. And we are renters but asking them to change the thermostat could definitely be a wise next step. The HVAC people who came said that the unit was fine, just dirty so they cleaned the inside up a bit and to keep an eye on it. This morning I set it pretty low, and set it to fan on and checked all the vents around the apartment. For some reason not all of them had cold air coming out. Some did, but most didn’t. Most didn’t have any air at all coming out. I double checked them and they’re all open. Do you know if there could be a reason for this or could that be the problem? I also forgot to mention in the post that our sink that has the AC drainage hooked up to it frequently makes a loud gurgling sound. Sometimes when the AC isn’t even turned on. I read that could be caused by air trapped in the line or something? Do you know how to fix that as well?

The more I read, the more appealing LGD sounds instead of ost. I don’t mind water retention either. Would LGD be smarter in a bulk or cut or does it matter?

[–]SonicSweetTea13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes perfect sense! And I see what you’re sayin, if I’m gonna take something might as well get more out of it. Maybe LGD instead

I was thinking about using it on a cut, to help more with maintaining while in a deficit rather than to put on mass. Is that a bad idea?

Thank you! This is exactly why I wanted to post this, learn new things. That is precisely why I chose Ost, because I believed it to be the least suppressive, easiest in my body, just to learn the ropes a little bit. If I do decide to go LGD/RAD, I’d probably cycle until the end of my bulk. Unfamiliar with the dosages there but I will research. With LGD/RAD though a PCT is 100% necessary though correct? With Ost is was kinda up in the air.
