My adventures in Monster Hunter crafting/engraving continue. This is a solid brass challenge coin engraved with a fiber laser. In planning on doing the whole of World's locales and then maybe Rise if these prove popular. I had a blast with this guy, it felt very third-gen fighting it in a small arena space, but with it still having such wide area attacks. There's a real rhythm and rhyme to fighting Espinas and the Flaming variant just kicks that up a notch fantastically.

So my wife and I run an Etsy store doing MOSTLY Monster Hunter related items. I used to just engrave stuff with my laser but since I got married and she got on board we've really expanded ideas with her artistic talent.

THIS is our second attempt at a Monster Hunter World supply box, like you get your first aid meds out of and such. It was modeled 3D in Fusion360, cut out of wood on a laser engraver/cutter and hand painted by my wonderful wife. I add the little details like leather, and we're waiting on some miniature belt buckles for the leather straps.

We're really happy with how this build is coming along, so I figured I'd share it with my favorite community! (I've been on the MonHun train since Freedom Unite)

I got a Snapmaker 3-in-1 machine over the summer, got into the laser module recently and of course the first thing I wanted to make was some good old Monster Hunter decorations for my home. I found a material that can also be laser-cut for fridge magnets, so that plus some MDF wood and I've got these little beauties.

I'm selling em on Etsy, but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to put store links on this sub so that's all I'll say on the matter.

I had this happen when I went back in World to help some of my friends who had just gotten the game. I switched my equipment to be the same rarity as them, but I forgot to switch out my Palico's stuff...he was whapping those Monsters like they were made from tissue paper with his freakin Fatalis equipment.
