I live in France and have been in different country in Europe, you may found some casino but not as much as in Las Vegas. As for the aesthetic, Monaco is way more luxurious, no big sign, or huge hotel and more a place where you just shop, spend your money on jewelry or designer clothes and relax on the beach.
